1. Use of This Website

2. Product Information

• Product specifications and images are provided for general information and may change as we improve our equipment.
• All KOLIFU equipment is intended for professional use in aesthetic and beauty establishments.
• Products have not been evaluated by government regulatory agencies for the treatment of any medical condition and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.

3. Orders and Quotations

• Quotations provided by KOLIFU are valid for the period stated in the quotation document.
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable shipping, duties, and taxes unless specified.
• An order becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties.
• Deposit and payment terms are as specified in the Proforma Invoice (PI).

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs, and logistics conditions.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer in accordance with the Incoterms specified in the quotation or PI.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty

KOLIFU provides a warranty on its equipment as described on the Warranty page. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal professional use and does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear of consumable parts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOLIFU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where KOLIFU is located.
