KOLIFU partners with experienced logistics providers to handle the shipping of our products. We have a well-established process in place to ensure that your orders are packaged and shipped with the utmost care.
 

Packaging

Our packaging process is designed to protect your products during transit. Each KOLIFU machine undergoes quality control (QC) testing before being packed. It is then placed in a highly durable shipping box.This sturdy packaging provides excellent protection, ensuring your purchase arrives in the best possible condition.
 

Free Shipping Globally

We believe in making the buying process as convenient and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we offer FREE delivery on all orders worldwide. Whether you’re located near or far, you can take advantage of this benefit when purchasing KOLIFU products.
 

Couriers Used for Delivery

Orders are shipped by renowned courier services such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and depending on your country and region, we may also utilize your domestic couriers. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. When placing an order, ensure you provide a physical shipping address like a home or office address.
 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can easily track your order’s progress either through our website’s “Track Order” feature or by using the shipping carrier’s official website, whichever you prefer.
 

Customs Duties

 
  • Tax-Free Delivery for Equipment: KOLIFU is pleased to offer tax-free delivery, including complete customs clearance service, for equipment to the following countries:America,Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom. Please note that only the delivery of equipment is duty tax-free. Delivery of consumables such as liquids and gels may be subject to import taxes. For more details, contact us.
  • Responsibility for Other Countries: For deliveries to all other countries, the customer is, by default, responsible for customs clearance, including payment of relevant import taxes.
 

Delivery Time

 
  • Order Processing: Once you place an order, the processing time usually takes 1 – 5 business days. However, during periods like inventory replenishment, processing times could be longer. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.
  • Transit Time for In Stock Products: Transit time varies based on different factors such as the specific products ordered and your location. As a general guideline:
    • For the following countries, transit time for in stock products will be approximately 4 – 15 business days: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, Vietnam.
    • For most other countries, transit time for in stock products will be approximately 8 – 25 business days. If your location is not listed above, you can contact us to confirm if we can ship to your address and to find out the approximate shipping time and any additional costs.
  • Made-to-Order Machines: Machines that are made to order by our factory will take approximately 10 – 20 business days to be delivered.
 

Shipping Delays

KOLIFU is not responsible in the event your package is not received within the estimated time frames above, as unforeseen delays can be caused by third-party couriers. We strive to deliver without delay, but please understand that no refunds will be provided based on reasonable delays in shipping (reasonable is defined as maximum 45 calendar days from the date of order).
 

Packages Lost in Transit or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments that occur during the shipping process handled by third-party couriers. In such cases, no automatic refunds will be made. However, we will assist you to file a claim with the relevant courier, including submission of required documentation.
 

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, you must report the damage to us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include photos of the product and of the packaging, as well as a video, to be eligible for a free replacement. To report a damaged item, please email support@kolifu.com. For more information, refer to our Warranty Policy.
 

Re-routed or Refused Packages and Import Tariff Refusals

 
  • Re-routed Packages: Orders re-routed to a different delivery address by you will not be eligible for any refunds.
  • Refused Packages: Please do not refuse any delivery unless advised by us to do so. In some cases, refused deliveries are destroyed. If you refuse a delivery on your own (for any reason), you will receive a refund after the package has been returned to us, minus 40% to cover shipping and associated fees.
  • Import Tariff Refusals: If your order is refused by the customs authorities in your country and cannot be delivered, you are eligible for a free replacement at no extra cost, or a refund minus shipping costs (30% is deducted for original and return shipping costs).
 

Signature Requirement

Many packages do require a signature on delivery to ensure safe delivery. Please make sure you or someone responsible at your shipping address will be available to sign for your delivery, if required.

Refund & Return Policy

By the time the package is being shipped you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number and a notice in case your package was shipped with a signature confirmation service.

Our shipping is done through  UPS Parcel Post service through the Post Office. Delivery time varies from 2-10 business  days depending on your location. For an additional cost, we can ship your item via express shipping method. All our items are shipped with a delivery confirmation slip which allows us and you to track your item easily.

Please track your package by its number at UPS web site ,as it reflects the package progress more accurate.

In case you did not receive your package in the estimated time frame, please contact our Customer Service department immediately. We will investigate the shipping issue as quickly as we can.

Due to rare instances of package loss, some areas require a mandatory signature for UPS package delivery (apartment complexes, business complexes, large cities as NY, Chicago, Miami, etc.). In this case, you will receive a note that your order was shipped with a signature confirmation.

If you request that your package be left without a signature, then you also agree to release Advance Esthetic from any and all liability if your package is lost or stolen. In this case it is important to note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the package once or “delivered” by the United States Postal Service. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or theft of a package after it has been delivered by UPS.

In case you will choose this option, please contact our Customer Service and indicate this option. Without your release, the package will be shipped as stated above. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. The signature confirmation option will protect you from a hassle to deal with the Post Office in case the package would “disappear” from your mail box.

When your order arrives, immediately inspect each individual item for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and notify Advance Esthetic within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  1. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES AND RETURNS DUE TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please be sure the shipping address entered is correct. Packages returned to us by UPS and marked “unclaimed”, or “undeliverable” due to customer error or failure to claim the package will not be re-shipped. In these cases, the original purchase price will be promptly refunded. Shipping and handling charges may not be refunded.

  1. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS USING “FORWARDER’S” SERVICES

Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in complications not covered by our policy.

If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:

Advance Esthetic won’t be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods after they’re delivered to the freight forwarder. This means that Advance Esthetic isn’t able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

You (or the freight forwarder if you so designate) become the exporter of the goods and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country.

Products exported by you through a freight forwarder may be returned to Advance Esthetic, provided that you are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods to the U.S.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

The recipient of the package (you) is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

  1. LIMITATIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

In some instances, we’ll be happy to provide you with valuable equipment information that can be helpful during the repair process for your service master.
